Class description

Conscious movement with Fascia hydration, bowspring inspired.

Our sessions include breathwork, conscious movements respecting the body`s natural curves, gentle stretching and relaxation. All levels welcome.All enhanced with essential oils.

1 Yoga class 25 euro

We provide yoga mats free of charge.

We also provide private yoga and pilates classes in Port d'andratx in your preferred time and location on request.
