In Sarahs sessions, whether in person at the clinic or online, Sarah provides a safe and nurturing space to explore contradictory emotions, find clarity, and gently move through difficult experiences.
Honouring endings, opening to new beginnings
Grief is more than sadness. It is the weight of things left unsaid, transitions without closure, changes that rip the ground under our feet. Loss can come in many forms: death, separation, health issues, relocation, and identity shifts. Every one of these can leave us carrying more than grief alone — ideas, expectations, guilt, the question of “what if.”
Sarah draws on her training and certification in grief counselling, including the Grief Recovery Method®️, which for over 40 years has offered an action-based, evidence-informed path through emotional loss.
Her approach emphasises that grief is a natural, human response and that with self-recognition and support, it can become a doorway towards understanding, resilience, and renewed connection with yourself and life.
The work is guided with care, presence, and empathy, helping you honour your feelings, gain insight, and create space for healing and growth.

In a session with Sarah – whether in person or online, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space.
You might explore:
• What happened vs. what feels unresolved
• Contradictory feelings (anger, guilt, relief, love)
• Communication, even inner dialogue, with what has been lost
• Practices to safely hold pain, name emotions, reclaim parts of life that feel suspended.
Some find relief after one or two sessions; others benefit from a longer journey
that allows emotions to settle, wisdom to emerge, and life to be reclaimed step by step.
