Community, playfulness & flying!

We will train fun acro techniques - learn basic AcroYoga poses and a flying sequence!

Come by yourself or with a partner, we will train in groups of three: base, flyer, and spotter. No prerequisites or prior experience required - everyone is welcome to join and we'll meet you at your own skill level!
