Flow Yoga guides your body and spirit in a graceful dance, syncing movement with breath to awaken energy and uplift your being.

As the session ends, sink into the sand and let the healing sounds of Indian flute, handpan, sambala, koshi, Tibetan bowl, and more, wash over you, leading you into deep relaxation and connection with your inner self and the Earth.
