Class description
Ademas Yoga loves to offer outdoor yoga classes to fully connect with nature.
The proximity of the sea, the spontaneous trees and the sounds of nature contribute to creating a very peaceful, harmonious and non-judgmental environment, where yogis of all levels are welcome.
The morning lessons are designed to awaken the body, calm the mind and face the day with the right energy.
Valentina offers creative Hatha-Vinyasa flows, sometimes mixed with Yin Yoga sequences to ground and deepen the practice.
Attention and adjustments are always provided to ensure safety and evolution through the practice of yoga.
