We provide yoga mats free of charge.

Private class 100 euro (1-4 people) +15 for additional person.

Class description

We will practice together an Energising Vinyasa Flow of 75 minutes held in English/ Spanish depending on the group .

Each class will have a specific focus and we will work on deepening our connection between breath, body and mind improving our physical and mental well-being and awareness.
