Class description

Vinyasa Flow

A gentle yoga flow to connect with your breath and your body. Enjoy a final

relaxation session by the resonant tones of a Tibetan singing bowl. Allow the vibrations to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

SUP Yoga

Start your weekend with a lovely and powerful yoga session on the standpaddleboard.

And if the Vitamin-sea is not enough... We will recharge our energies with a delicious and healthy bowl full of vitamins.
