The yoga classes are suitable for all levels of yogis, beginners welcome.
The yoga classes are 1 hour and are taught in easy english instructions.
We provide yoga mats if you don't have one.
Private yoga classes and private yoga groups in your preferred time and location on request.
Drop-in if space is available.
