Yoga flow for a creative week
You are invited to a practice where we give space to let our yoga mirror what feels important to recognise for the coming week. Play with the interconnection, find your core, and be with your flow. An honouring of you and what you wish to unfold.
Explore your breath Tuesday
In this three-session breathwork immersion, we will meet to deepen our connection to our breath and unlock the healing potential within. Over these sessions, you will explore a variety of breathwork techniques tailored to promote relaxation, reduce stress, increase energy levels, improve CO2 tolerance, and enhance mental clarity. Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers a safe environment to explore and harness the power of your breath for overall well-being. Join us and discover how intentional breathing can be a powerful tool for personal growth and balance.
Awakening Practice & Meditation
An early morning class for somatic movements, soft yoga, pranayama and with a focus on meditation. An awakening of the body and a connection with silence, with you. It takes courage to discover (and live) who you are. Courage to act despite challenges and fear. In meditation, in silence... when you calm the monkey chatter in your mind you might hear your inner voice… A class for all levels.
Sweet yoga flow
Give attention to your unique rhythm and the season. Undress, breathe and be responsive to calibrate for what’s needed, allowing the practice to nourish you. We might move more dynamically or gently towards tranquillity; to that state where our mind is less occupied and we can surrender. A class to hold space with an intention for that “coming home”, for sweet dreams.
Asana Lab
An exploration into the details of asanas, focusing on alignment and adjustments to build a strong foundation. In this class, we break down the poses, offering time for reflection and experimentation, allowing you to create a more personal connection between body, breath, and mind in relation to each asana. With Jen’s guidance, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding through individualized cues and adjustments, helping you to ground and re-energise yourself further in the practice. Regardless of your level, this class is designed to equip you with the tools and inspiration to refine your technique and find joy in your yoga journey, both on and off the mat.
Awakening practice and meditation
An early morning class with gentle asanas to connect and transform into meditation. Using the movements to open up the body energetically and the ancient tools of pranayama, visualisation and mantras to calm the mind. The meditation techniques will vary depending on the intention and the season. Leave the practice feeling more centred, grounded and in tune with your essence, your true nature. This class welcomes everyone from the adventurous beginner to the more experienced practitioner.
Yoga Lab for growth
A play with stronger flow and calm sequences to offer time for exploration, reflection and emphasising certain asanas. Elaborating practice with space for individual needs to enable a deeper knowing about the relationship between body, breath and mind in relation to various asanas. This class aims to give energy, latitude and joy, playfulness towards more grace and curiosity both on and outside the mat.
The focus will vary but the intention will always be towards alignment, coming out of the class energetically charged and more in touch with your unicity!
Reiki Yoga Saturday 10:00
Explore your energetic body by combining breathing exercises, a soothing asana practice, similar to yin yoga, with some Reiki-inspired practices. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. After conscious movement, expect a long Savasana with hands-on adjustments (with consent) to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
