Yin yoga teacher training.

February 1-8 & November 15-22

The training includes

8 days / 7 nights

in magnificent Finca Son Sion with a breath taking Yoga Shala, garden, pool, fire place, luxurious rooms and facilities and underfloor heating

70 hours of Training

We will intensively study together and you are encouraged to ask questions during the training.

Healthy food by our private Chef

Three daily ecological home-cooked meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) by our private Chef.

2 daily practices & 2 daily workshops

Yin Yang Yoga and Yin Yoga classes as well as comprehensive workshops and lectures to pass on the knowledge.

A comprehensive training manual

A comprehensive manual for you to keep and to use during and after the training.

Water, Coffee, Tea, Snacks, Juices

all-day there will be access to water, Coffee, Tea, Snacks and Juices

Yin Yoga Teacher Training certificate

70 hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training certificate approved by the Yoga Alliance for continuing training.

Airport Transfer

A shared shuttle that leaves from PMI Aiport at 2.30pm on the day of arrival and leaves at 9.30am to PMI Airport on the Day of departure

Excursion to the sea

We have one afternoon during our training to get to enjoy the natural heritage beach of Es Trenc.

The art of sequencing Yin Yoga classes
Integrating Yin Yoga with Traditional Chinese Medicine: Explore the connection between seasons, elements, meridians, organs, and emotions
Yin Yoga for Nervous System Regulation: Learn how Yin Yoga supports the parasympathetic nervous system,
Trauma-Informed Facilitation: Learn how to create safe and sensitive spaces
Yin Yoga & the Chakras: Explore the energetic system of the body
Emotional release in Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga & the Latest Science: Explore the newest research on fascia, hypermobility, and how Yin Yoga can support the body’s connective tissue and joint health.
After the completion of the Training, you will be confident sequencing and teaching your own Yin Yoga class and will receive a training certificate recognized by the Yoga Alliance for continuing education (70hrs). 80-90% of my graduates start to teach Yin Yoga after this course.
